General:
1. The terms and conditions listed below (hereinafter referred to as “Condition”) apply to the “New Trader Reward” event hosted by Mitrade. By participating in this event, you agree to the Terms & Conditions. Mitrade Holding Ltd ("Mitrade", SIB Licence No. 1612446), being the provider of this event, reserves the right to modify or cancel any of the Terms & Conditions at any time according to the applicable laws with or without prior notice.
2. The terminologies used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Mitrade Holding Ltd Product Sheet and/or Client Agreement, and references to the Product Sheet and/or Client Agreement below shall be construed accordingly.

3. Mitrade invites new traders. This includes users who register with Mitrade during the event and those who have registered before the event but have not deposited for the first time.

4. For users who register a Mitrade account during the event, the trading period is within 30 days after successful registration (The validity period is as shown on the event page).
5. For users who have registered before the event but have not made a first deposit, the trading period is within 30 days after the first login to the App during the event (The validity period is as shown on the event page).
6. To claim all new trader rewards, you must complete all tasks during the trading period; (Condition 7)
7. After completing profile, you will accumulate its USD 20 reward;By completing identity verification, you will accumulate USD 30 in reward.After first deposit, you will accumulate its USD 50 reward;The total possible cumulative reward is USD 100.To claim the reward, you must fulfill the cumulative opening value/trading lots requirement.If you have completed the first 3 tasks but have not fulfilled the cumulative opening value/trading lot requirements, you will not be able to claim any reward.

8. Only positions of selected instruments are included in this event.
9. Rewards can be claimed into your trading account in USD for trading or withdrawal after completing all tasks during the event.
10. This event is available to the first 5000 registered users only (the same user claiming multiple rewards counts as 1 participating quota). After applying for rewards by clicking on the “Claim” button, Mitrade will review it within 10 business days. The reward will be credited to your trading account once approved. You will need to claim your rewards by clicking the “Claim” button within 10 natural days after the trading period has ended. Otherwise, your rewards will expire.
11. This event is limited to selective account holders under Mitrade Holding Ltd licensed by Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA)
Legal
12. All trading decisions are made by investors. Mitrade shall not be held liable for any capital loss incurred during the Event. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms＆conditions will be settled by Mitrade's management in a way that is in the best interest of all sides and consistent with our internal dispute resolution processes.
13. This Event and any obligations of Mitrade pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants involved in abusing the Event, and from those who breach the CA or any other disclosure document. Mitrade, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate trades and withdraw the rewards at any time in case of any detected abuse of the Event.
14. If at any time, all or any part of any provision of these terms＆conditions are or become illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder and other terms＆conditions in that jurisdiction, nor the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of other jurisdictions.
15. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cayman Islands and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands court.
16. Users can only claim the reward once. User who has claimed the reward previously but have cancelled/closed the trading account subsequently are not eligible to re-register for the event. Mitrade reserves the right to refuse reward distribution to users who have already participated in the event at any time.
